Country superstar Garth Brooks presented President Barack Obama his long-awaited Grammy Award at the White House on Wednesday.

Brooks gave Obama his long-awaited 2008 Grammy for Best Spoken Word Album for “The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream.” This was Obama’s second Grammy — he won the first in the same category for “Dreams from My Father” in 2006.

Brooks was in Washington DC to accept a “Grammys On The Hill” award.
