Johnny Cash Was 10 Billionth Download On iTunes
Last week, Apple announced that Johnny Cash’s “Guess Things Happen That Way,” was the 10 Billionth download on iTunes.
The song was purchased by Louie Sulcer of Woodstock, Georgia- one day before what would have been The Man In Black’s 78th birthday.
The track was off of the Cash album, “Sings The Songs That Made Him Famous.”
Sulcer has been given a $10,000 iTunes gift card for being # 10 billion.
As part of the promotion iTunes is also offering a rare glimpse at its most downloaded songs of all time:
