LA Lakers: Matt Barnes Reportedly In Court October 18th
From ESPN.com:
A judge has approved Sacramento County prosecutors’ request for a delay to determine whether to bring domestic violence charges against Los Angeles Lakers player Matt Barnes, according to multiple reports.
At Barnes’ arraignment in Sacramento on Monday, the prosecutors’ request for a delay until Oct. 18 was agreed to by the judge.
On Thursday, Barnes was booked into the Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence and maliciously obstructing the use of a telephone line. Police responded to what was termed an incomplete 911 call and discovered injuries to both Barnes and his fiancee, Gloria Govan. Deputies arrested Barnes after determining him to be the primary aggressor. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released.
