LA Venue Club Nokia At LA Live Celebrates 4-Year Anniversary With Minus The Bear Concert

Los Angeles’ CLUB NOKIA is excited to celebrate its fourth anniversary with Seattle band MINUS THE BEAR and special guests CURSIVE and GIRL IN A COMA on Friday, November 9. Tickets for this show are currently on sale.
Minus the Bear–Jake Snider (vocals, guitar), David Knudson (electric & acoustic guitars), Cory Murchy (bass), Alex Rose (keyboards, saxophone, background vocals, programming) and Erin Tate (drums & percussion)–announced they will embark on an coast-to-coast tour of the U.S. this fall, in support of their highly anticipated studio album, Infinity Overhead due August 28 on Dangerbird Records. The extensive 45-date tour will kick off on September 10 in Boise, hit NYC on September 29, Los Angeles on November 9 and culminate with a hometown finale on November 17 in Seattle. The band will also play Riot Fest in Chicago and Austin’s Fun Fun Fun Fest along the way.
Minus the Bear’s fifth full-length, Infinity Overhead, produced by longtime producer and founding member Matt Bayles, is now available for pre-order. Fans who purchase the album in advance at MinusTheBear.com will receive a free instant download of album track “Diamond Lightning,” the song featured in the album teaser and in-studio videos.
General Admission tickets for this Club Nokia show are $23.50 in advance and $26 the day of the show (if available). VIP Balcony and VIP Pit tickets are $29.50. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets or online at www.ticketmaster.com and from 10am-5pm, Mon-Fri at the STAPLES Center Box Office located at 1111 S. Figueroa St. No fees are charged at the STAPLES Center box office or at the Club Nokia box office on show days (open after 5 PM).
