The Almost came blasting through Hollywood, just days after the release of Fear Inside Our Bones. Frontman Aaron Gillespie brought a more down to earth approach to the writing of this album, exploring some dark themes and uncovering a painful time in his life.
The band brings a positive perspective to their energetic live shows. This night was no different, as the band bantered back and forth about bad Hollywood take out, the size of the night’s crowd and their new music. Aaron Gillespie is a magnetic presence, on stage. He commands the attention of everyone in the joint, with his sarcastic humor and bursts of out-of-control energy. A veteran of the concert scene, Gillespie has a thriving solo career, as well as time with Underoath.
